![]() Where are the files with the reframe data?! I want to know if I'm going to make a proper backup, or if I want to transfer my work to a different computer.ĮDIT: It seems that Trimming is not saved, only reframe. I copied those files to the new location with the 360 file and still no reframe. The modified date does not match the date I added the reframe to the video, so those are not the files I'm looking for. (So the 360 file contains a link to the file with the reframe data?) If I rename the 360 file with the reframe data to a different name, the reframe data will still load. GoPro VR Player is a 360-degree video & photo player for desktop computers: watch 360 videos locally and enjoy professional playback features. (So the reframe data is not saved within the 360 file) Even "Save As" doesn't transfer the reframe to the new file. If I copy the 360 file with reframe to a new location, all reframe will be gone like a fresh video file from camera. (So the reframe data is stored somewhere) If I reframe a 360 file and close GoPro Player, the reframe information are still available after I reopen the file. A new window will appear from there, then just select File > Save to save the 360 equirectangular photo. ![]() Select the Grab Photo Icon along the bottom center of the player, or you can select > Extract Current Frame from the menu bar above. Move your timeline to the frame you wish to grab a photo. And just like GoPro VR Horizon, you can use keyframes and the Smooth transition checkbox for your storytelling. Here's what I found through some experimentation: Open GoPro Player and import your video file. GoPro VR Reframe: With this second plugin you can input a 360 video and create an authored standard video by changing the field of view and the point of view, using the same three sliders for yaw pitch and roll. ![]()
